If you are rejected for self exclusionary response or alternative source of income or any other, follow these steps to fix and reapply.







Sassa begun payments for the new cycle, but there are some who were rejected for various reasons, and in this article we will be taking you on a step by step tour on how to fix the errors to be approved.

If you were rejected for “self exclusionary response found” reason, then there are two parts you need to follow.

Part 1:

Step 1. Visit the official website for applications on sassa R350 grant, you can do so by clicking on https://www.srd.sassa.gov.za/

Step 2. Locate or look for “Reconfirmation of grant” as the picture below shows you, and click on the “click here to reconfirm your application” button over there, or click on this link to access it: https://www.srd.sassa.gov.za/reconfirm/application.

Step 3. Put in your ID number and the mobile number that you used to apply at first, and then click on send sms to get a pin. Step 4. Answer the confirmation questions there as yes to agree to the terms and conditions that SASSA has put there.

Step 5. Verify your identity by putting in your full names and surnames, then proceed to the next page.

Step 6. Put in your province, municipality, ward number and others then keep scrolling down to the screening questions, if you are receiving social grant, under the question of social grant answer it as yes and answer the rest as no, and if you do not receive social grant, answer all questions as no.




Step 7. Submit and it will show you a tick that your information is recorded.

Then now we are going to part 2.

Part 2.

Step 1. Go to the dsd page to reapply for reconsideration of the grant, you can go there by clicking at: https://www.dsd.sassa.gov.za/




Step 2. Put in your ID and mobile number you used while applying, then click on send sms to get the pin.







Step 3. Enter the pin and under the month you want reconsideration for, click the drop down of reasons for reconsideration and select the identity verification fixed reason.

Step 4. Click on apply to reapply for that month.
